About the Position

Job Title: Project Manager – MS Dynamics 365 Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document meetings, track project plans, issues, and risks, consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers, escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items, support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations, exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments, skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.
