Dynamics 365 Finance Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver business transformation through Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients and managing ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and design solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Lead/participate in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, with a focus on finance and trade functionalities.
- Develop high-quality solution demos, proposals, and effort estimations that meet client expectations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage engagements to ensure successful project delivery.
- A minimum of 3-8 years' experience in ERP/D365 Finance & Operations, with a strong understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and bank management, budgeting, and fixed assets.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation/project management, with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in CA / ICWA / MBA / B.E / B.Tech or equivalent is required, with Microsoft certification being a plus.
- Travel readiness is also essential for this role.
