Product Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing product performance and ensuring seamless loan lifecycle management.

  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders, including product managers and business teams, to develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Translate functional requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria to facilitate effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze system enhancements and process improvements through gap analysis to drive business growth.
Lending Expertise

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end loan management processes, including loan booking and repayment schedules. They must ensure compliance with lending regulations and policies to maintain the highest level of integrity in our operations.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize loan management processes, reducing risk and improving efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
Testing & Quality Assurance

The selected candidate will support UAT and SIT for new features and system upgrades, ensuring a high level of quality and reliability in our products. They will validate data migration, integrations, and configurations to prevent errors and maintain data integrity.

  • Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to verify the accuracy and functionality of new features.
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve defects and improve overall product quality.
Stakeholder Coordination

The Product Analyst will serve as a bridge between business, technology, and operations teams, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive business success.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or related role in lending/fintech domain.
  • Understanding of loan management systems, core banking systems, or lending products.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
