Revenue Cycle Manager Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage the denial management process, ensuring minimal write-offs and optimized revenue cycle performance.

  • Lead effective communication with internal teams to resolve Accounts Receivable (AR) issues, fostering collaboration and driving resolution.
  • Oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider-side activities to ensure timely payment from providers, maintaining a strategic focus on revenue growth.
  • Manage a team of professionals with expertise in US Healthcare, including Provider, AR Collections, Denial Management, Healthcare RCM, Cash Application, and Credit, providing guidance and support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Revenue Cycle Manager, demonstrating a proven track record of successful team management, leadership, and US Healthcare experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, allowing the individual to effectively navigate complex issues and drive results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of AR issues, promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider-side activities to ensure timely payment from providers, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the organization's success.
