Lead QC-AMV Team Member

This role requires a strong analytical mind and exceptional leadership skills. As the Lead QC-AMV Team Member, you will be responsible for leading large teams and making informed decisions to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage testing/method validation activities using sound analytical knowledge and good leadership qualities.">
  • Provide support to the QC HOD, including daily updates, commercial output, monthly sample status, training, and coordination with stakeholders.">
  • Execute and approve QMS (OOS, OOT, Investigation etc), identify scientific root causes, implement effective CAPA, and maintain Lab compliance.">
  • Design and execute analysis planning (routine work, method validation, and method transfer), interpret data, and present findings to the HOD.">
  • Drive self-improvement, make informed decisions, and provide guidance to team members for improving work quality and monitoring KPIs.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, RA, R&D, and PMI) to complete allocated tasks with ownership and accountability.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Favorable qualifications include:

  • ">
  • Master's Degree in Science or Bachelor's/Master's in Pharmacy.">
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, or NIR) with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.">
  • Desirable experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments.">
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.">
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.">
  • Solid organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.">
  • Knowledge of Chromeleon 7.2 and Sciex software is an added advantage.">
  • Experience with GMP and USFDA/EU Audit facing is desirable.">
  • Able to achieve deliverable tasks with minimal support for analysis.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.">
