Job Overview:

This role involves strategic thinking and hands-on execution to manage governance, influence teams for adoption, and maintain channel health.

The ideal candidate will act as the Digital Channel Lead with an increased focus on internal communication channels, serving as the Business Process Owner, overseeing their roadmap, development cycles, content governance, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital channel strategies
  • Manage content calendars and streamline updates
  • Oversee performance metrics and analytics to inform data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute sprint cycles

Technical Requirements:

  • Expertise in intranet platform administration, including homepage management, content scheduling, and user experience optimization
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, and other Agile tools for backlog management, user story creation, and sprint tracking

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 11 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in intranet platform ownership or digital workplace solutions
  • Proven experience in business process ownership, especially for internal platforms or enterprise applications
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology or Computer Science, Digital Communications, or a related field
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management will be an added advantage

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and documentation
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business analysts, program managers, and BTIS teams
  • Skilled in conducting user training sessions, creating tutorials, and managing support documentation
