About the Role

This is a pivotal position that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and challenges, leveraging expertise in managed services and emerging technologies.
  • Develop comprehensive solutions aligned with client business objectives, ensuring feasibility and effective translation of complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect technical solutions for clients across various industries, utilizing knowledge of cloud infrastructure management services.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop innovative pricing strategies and competitive analysis, driving revenue growth and pipeline development.
  • Lead pre-sales engagements, including presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to proactive proposal creation and pre-sales collateral development.
  • Collaborate with front-end teams to drive transformative solutions, cost-pricing models, and benchmarking industry trends.
  • Engage in client presentations, due diligence, and management reviews, ensuring seamless onboarding and transition of new client engagements.
  • Manage stakeholder teams, delivering milestones and final project deliverables, while identifying and developing new tools, technologies, and solutions through market research and initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting competitive analysis, developing pricing strategies, and leading pre-sales engagements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences, with a focus on digital workplace services and transformation.
  • Current knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in cloud infrastructure management services.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and contribute to proactive proposal creation and development.

  • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • CISSP, PMP, or ITIL certification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or other productivity suites.
