Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain integrations between our Order Management System (OMS) and various eCommerce/ERP/CRM platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will work on OMS modules like Web SOM, Web COM, IV, and OMOC to manage inventory, order capture, and fulfillment processes.
  • This role involves developing solutions using Java, XML, XSL, and SQL for customizations and data transformations.
  • The successful candidate will ensure real-time inventory accuracy and order visibility across all sales channels.
  • In addition, this position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Responsibilities also include troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution of OMS-related incidents and defects.
  • Finally, the Integration Specialist will participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and production deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, XML, XSLT, and SQL.
  • Experience with OMS modules like Web SOM, Web COM, IV, and OMOC is a must.
  • A good understanding of order lifecycle, inventory visibility, and supply chain processes.
  • Knowledge of omni-channel retail or e-commerce ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams are essential.
  • Experience with API integration and data mapping is a plus.
