We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sales and Order Management expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Sales and Order Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) module to meet organizational requirements">
  • Implement and manage integrations with external and internal systems to ensure seamless data flow">
  • Provide ongoing platform/module support to users by addressing their queries and issues">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions">
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Order Management processes typically followed in organizations">
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow SOM module as per organizational requirements">
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist)">
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Implementation experience in Sales and Order Management for the Telecommunications industry">
  • Strong experience in third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, E-bonding, and other methods">
