Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - Sales and Order Management
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing applications on the SOM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing applications on the SOM platform with 5+ years of experience
  • Configuring ServiceNow development for Customer Service Management and Order Management
  • Holding hands-on experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor
  • Understanding process of customer service management and order management
  • Giving good experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications including CSM module implementation
  • Having good experience in Service Portal and Content Management development
  • Holding good experience in web-based integration SOAP REST and any other type of integration
  • Having good knowledge of Service Request Management and Workflows
  • Having hands-on experience on CMDB and Active directory LDAP
  • Managing client discussion and requirement gathering
  • Holding good communication and presentation skills
