We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Product Control team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving end-to-end accounting, management reporting, and financial/tax reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead P&L analysis, product risk assessment, and financial accounting/reporting, including month-end close and statutory reporting.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with finance control standards.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives across reporting functions.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team of product controllers, fostering independence and accountability.
  • Deliver on key projects and support strategic initiatives within finance and product control.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Hold a Qualified CA, CFA, or MBA with 10–13 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements, particularly those applicable to the banking industry.
  • Prior experience in product control, finance control, investment banking middle office, financial services, equity research, or stockbroking is beneficial.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and mentoring teams.
  • Exhibit a strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, risk awareness, and continuous improvement.
