Industry: Sanitaryware / Faucets / PTMT / Consumer Durables / Pipes & Fittings / Manufacturing

Experience Required: Minimum 5–7 years in Product Controlling, Costing, or Business Finance (Manufacturing/Sanitaryware/FMCG preferred)

CTC: As per industry standards (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Reporting To: Managing Director / Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor product costing, margin analysis, and profitability reports across product lines.
  • Build and maintain accurate BOM (Bill of Materials), overhead allocation, and cost structures .
  • Support management in pricing strategy and ensure profitable product positioning.
  • Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and recommend cost optimization measures.
  • Partner with production, procurement, and supply chain to control costs and improve efficiency .
  • Monitor SKU-wise, region-wise, and customer-wise profitability performance .
  • Provide data-driven insights to sales and marketing teams for decision-making.
  • Support new product launches with cost simulation and profitability projections.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audits, and company policies .
  • Develop and present monthly/quarterly product controlling reports for management review.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Product Controlling / Costing / Business Finance in sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, pricing models, and financial controlling .
  • Proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting .
  • Strong coordination skills across sales, marketing, supply chain, and production teams.
  • Analytical mindset, process-oriented, and detail-focused.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • From industries like Sanitaryware, Faucets, Pipes & Fittings, FMCG, or Consumer Durables .
  • Experience with high-SKU environments and channel-driven businesses.
  • Ability to work closely with senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making .
  • Comfortable handling multi-location operations and working with cross-functional teams.
