Job Title: Production Planning and Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Planning and Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans that take into account customer demand, production capacity, and material availability.
  • Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Demand Planning: Work with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and develop strategies to meet it.
  • Production Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • SAP Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP is an asset, as we use this software to manage our production processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • EMS Experience: Experience working in an EMS environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Notice Period: The ideal candidate will have a notice period of less than 45 days.
  • MS Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary for this role.
  • Shift Work: We are looking for someone who is willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
