Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to design and develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within our platform. This role involves applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and building AI-driven applications to drive business growth.

A significant part of this role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the core logic for AI Agents within our services. This includes orchestrating agent tasks, managing state, interacting with platform data/workflows, and integrating LLM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain AI Agents using Python + FastAPI to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Integrate with external LLM provider APIs to design, implement, and rigorously test effective prompts for diverse retail-specific tasks (generation, Q&A, summarization).
  • Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns using vector databases to provide relevant context to LLM API calls made by agents.
  • Briefly overview:
    • Develop and maintain microservices that host AI Agent logic and handle interactions with LLMs and other platform components in a containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Prepare and preprocess data required for effective prompt context, RAG retrieval, and potentially for future fine-tuning tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver AI features and stay updated on LLM advancements. Be prepared to learn and contribute to potential future in-house LLM fine-tuning and deployment efforts.
