About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI models to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Research and implement novel AI algorithms and frameworks
  • Maintain clear documentation for AI workflows, model training, and deployment processes
  • Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to ensure accuracy and relevance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML deployment
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large language models (LLMs) or generative AI
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks
