Artificial Intelligence Software Developer - Language Models

The primary goal of this role is to design, develop, and deploy high-performance machine learning models with a focus on Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create scalable ML solutions using Large Language Models and RAG architecture.
  • Implement and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms for improved model efficiency.
  • Develop APIs and services to integrate AI solutions into production systems and facilitate seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and other team members to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and improve model performance and accuracy through continuous monitoring and analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and developments in GenAI, NLP, and ML to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical and data privacy standards, promoting responsible AI development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field with a strong foundation in programming principles.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, including experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and RAG frameworks, with hands-on experience in deploying them in production environments.
  • Experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) to enhance model efficiency and scalability.
  • Solid understanding of NLP concepts, including embeddings, tokenization, and attention mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and cloud deployment platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to support scalable and efficient AI solution delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field with a strong background in research and publication.
  • Experience in deploying LLMs in production environments, contributing to open-source projects, or publishing research papers in GenAI.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for efficient ML workflow management.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization tools to support scalable AI solution deployment.
