About this role

We are seeking a Pricing Strategist to drive pricing initiatives, manage global and regional product catalogs, analyze market competitiveness, and support sales teams with pricing inquiries in our Global Sales Operations department.

  • Develop and maintain Global & Local Product Catalogs (GLPC, LPC), ensuring accuracy in ERP systems and sales tools.
  • Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Support Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
  • Train global/regional stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing management (preferably industrial or related field).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, ERP (Variant Configurator).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator with fluency in English.
