Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Partnerships and Alliances team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing impactful partner-led marketing campaigns.

  • About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

  • You will build persuasive proposals and visually compelling presentations to communicate value propositions and ROI.

  • You will track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.

  • You will manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.

  • You will manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.

  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.

  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.

Success in the First 90 Days:

  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.

  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
