Job Overview

This role involves providing expert-level consulting services to our clients, focusing on supply chain management (SCM) and functional expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SCM processes, including procurement, inventory management, order management, and pricing. Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing SCM solutions for complex customer engagements;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and configure detailed solutions;
  • Providing thought leadership and expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer projects;
  • Acting as the team lead on projects and effectively consulting with management of customer organizations;
  • Participating in business development activities and contributing to sales strategies.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A minimum of 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience;
  • Experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs and conducting Conference Room Pilots;
  • Having experience in configuring Oracle Cloud Applications in a client-facing role;
  • Bachelor of Engineering or master's degree in business administration (MBA) with 5 to 10 years of total experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations;
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal, mandatory;
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders;
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner;
  • Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn.
