Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our credit team and drive strategic growth in corporate finance.

  • This role is responsible for underwriting and approving complex corporate finance proposals, ensuring strict adherence to credit policy and maintaining high-quality portfolios.
  • The successful candidate will supervise credit appraisals, disbursement authorizations, and PDD compliance, leading to enhanced efficiency and reduced risk.
  • As a leader, they will coach and develop a team of credit officers to meet portfolio quality goals and minimize delinquencies.
  • Key deliverables include timely and accurate underwriting of high-value cases, strengthening due diligence and credit review mechanisms, and driving process improvements through training and development.

Key Responsibilities

Underwriting and Approval: Lead the underwriting process for high-value corporate finance cases, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making.

Credit Appraisal and Disbursement: Supervise credit appraisals, disbursement authorizations, and PDD compliance to maintain portfolio quality and reduce risk.

Team Leadership: Coach and develop a team of credit officers to achieve portfolio quality goals, minimize delinquencies, and promote a culture of excellence.

Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through training and development, resulting in enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
