We are seeking a highly skilled Interviewer to join our HR team at 2coms in Pan India (Remote). This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and organized professional to contribute to the hiring process.

Job Overview

This role involves conducting virtual screening interviews for blue and grey collar job profiles across various sectors. As an Interviewer, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective interview process using Zoom and web-based technical panels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements to ensure only qualified candidates move forward in the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interview outcomes and provide detailed feedback to the recruitment team.
  • Engage with candidates professionally, representing the organization and ensuring a positive interview experience.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, screening, or interviewing, preferably for blue and grey collar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates from various backgrounds.
  • Proficient in using Zoom and web-based interview portals, with strong technical skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience conducting high-volume interviews for blue and grey collar profiles and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be around ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
