Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of driving recruitment efforts and hiring top talent.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a graduate degree from any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven with exceptional closure skills, and flexibility to travel as required.
Salary Range: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
