Product Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team and lead design efforts for B2B SaaS products.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in designing user-centric products, particularly in healthcare and insurance projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product design from early concepts to production-ready solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design efforts for B2B SaaS products, focusing on healthcare and insurance solutions.
  • Drive product design from concept to delivery.
  • Design dashboards, workflows, and complex system interfaces that balance usability and business needs.
  • Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct research (content analysis, user flows, information architecture) to guide product direction.
  • Collaborate with business teams, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with product strategy.
  • Create clear documentation to support cross-functional collaboration and design handoffs.
  • Use design tools to accelerate workflows and bring ideas to life.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer.
  • Hands-on experience designing for healthcare/insurance projects (US healthcare experience is a strong plus).
  • Background in B2B SaaS with exposure to complex products, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with high ambiguity.
  • Strong skills in research, information architecture, and design documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills.
  • Expertise in design tools like Figma and FigJam.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first setup with flexibility and autonomy.
