Job Title: Tax Consultant

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in statutory compliances, transfer pricing, and tax audits?

We seek an experienced individual with strong knowledge of income tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and international taxation to join our dynamic team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax documentation, income tax returns, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare submissions for cases before tax authorities.
  • Assist seniors in representing cases before tax authorities.
  • Provide consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.
  • Advise on employee tax structures and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning.
  • Coordinate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
  • Proficient in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and drafting abilities.
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience.
