We are seeking a seasoned Test Automation Specialist to drive the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Functional Testing applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium.
  • Hands-on Functional Testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials.
  • Analyzing and improving existing test automation strategies and processes.
  • Driving automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define efficient methods for creating continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines including automated testing.

Key qualifications include:

  • 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements.
  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs.
  • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.
  • Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools including Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
