We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance and test automation, with experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web/UI applications using Selenium with Java or C#.
They will also have experience working with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium Webdriver, TestNg/Junit, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle, and POM.
In addition, the successful candidate will have expertise in coding languages like Java, JavaScript, C#, and Python, as well as experience working with test management tools like TestRail, Jira, or similar tools.
The role requires good knowledge of integration testing and REST/SOA APIs using Postman/Jmeter or similar tools, as well as object-oriented programming concepts and manual testing techniques.
It is essential that the candidate has exposure to SCM and CI/CD tools, such as Git, SVN, Gitlab, Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and continuous testing practices.
A positive outlook, problem-solving attitude, adaptability to change, and ability to learn new tools and technologies are crucial for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 8 years of experience in software quality assurance and at least 3 years of experience in test automation.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web/UI applications using Selenium with Java or C#.
- Experience working with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium Webdriver, TestNg/Junit, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle, POM).
- Experience in coding languages like Java, JavaScript, C#, and Python.
- Experience working with test management tools like TestRail, Jira, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of integration testing and REST/SOA APIs using Postman/Jmeter or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and manual testing techniques.
