Enterprise Legal Counsel

The Opportunity:

We seek an initiative-driven enterprise lawyer to manage contractual arrangements with vendors and related documentation.

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, thrive in an independent contributor environment, and manage enterprise legal work including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal documentation across the company, ensuring robust agreements with counterparties that satisfy all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing vendor management processes.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Procure appropriate legal templates and provide support to stakeholders as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements is essential.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.

Success Factors:

  • Business acumen.
  • Qualifications: Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5-8 years of PQE.
