Unlock the power of efficient financial management and workflow optimization with your new role. As an Assignment Support Specialist, you'll play a vital part in streamlining administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
About the Position:Your key responsibilities will include assessing timesheets and expenses, conducting thorough reviews, and working closely with stakeholders for corrections. You'll also receive timely approvals from clients and share them with the payroll teams as per the required filing convention for further processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Review timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific guidelines.
- Verify receipts received and ensure final amounts tally.
- Communicate directly with contractors or teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
- Manage administrative queries by analyzing data and preparing detailed overviews of issues.
- Process emails received in shared inboxes within deadlines and urgency levels, responding within at least 24 hours.
- Save expense sheets and receipts according to Payroll teams' filing conventions and seek approvals from clients/managers without impacting turnaround time.
- Work according to the payroll schedule to avoid delays in payments.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by your manager.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency of timesheet and expense review processes.
