We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead our Google Ads efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with a numbers-first approach. The primary focus is on delivering high-performing leads, real revenue growth, and measurable return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Develop and execute strategic Google Performance Max campaigns
  • Target local and regional small-to-medium-sized businesses in North America
  • Employ a test-and-scale methodology - build hypotheses, validate with data, scale successful strategies
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding tactics
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.)
  • Take ownership of campaign performance - drive results that hit key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Mandatory Google Ads Certification
  • Proven track record of running successful Performance Max campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Able to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scalability
  • Effective communication skills, English proficiency, and accountability for outcomes
