The Manager Financial Reporting and Consolidation will be responsible for accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting. This position will report directly to the Finance Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements
    • Preparation and analysis of financial statements according to GAAP standards (Standalone and Consolidated IFRS).
  • Consolidation Timelines
    • Ensure consolidation is completed as per given timelines by headquarters.
  • Reconciliation and Elimination
    • Responsible for related party balance confirmation and elimination for consolidation process.
  • Statutory Audit Activity
    • Responsible for completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit activity on time.
  • Financial Planning Analysis
    • Prepare reports and analyze all metrics for all financial plans.
  • New Accounting Pronouncements
    • Ensure new accounting pronouncements are appropriately applied by various entities within the company.
  • Management Reports
    • Prepare various management reports and provide effective analysis of monthly P&L, B/S, Cash flow to Finance Controller and CFO.
  • Digital Financial Solutions
    • Implement digital financial MIS solutions and drive process improvements within corporate finance environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications
    • Candidate must hold a CA degree.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 6-8 years PQE in a MNC Group or similar experience with one of the top-rated audit firms.
