Job Overview
The Zonal Head role at Protocol X24 is a strategic position that requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills. The successful candidate will lead the development of our sales strategy, drive sales analytics, foster technology adoption, manage stakeholder performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products, policies, and processes to create effective sales strategies.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Create sales performance metrics for the zonal team to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Culture Development: Work with the Zonal Head to create and maintain a world-class sales culture that drives employee engagement and motivation.
- Team Performance: Work with Sales RSMs to motivate and drive performance of the sales team, analyzing performance metrics data to provide actionable insights and coaching.
- New Process Implementation: Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
- Regional Analysis: Identify opportunities and weaknesses within regions and make proposals to create value and increase operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with internal stakeholders (Marketing, PM, and Business Group Heads) to develop effective sales strategies and execute marketing campaigns.
- Industry Research: Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to provide assessments of trends, identify and explain variances from goals between periods and across the team, and to identify indicators of possible performance issues or challenges.
- Capacity Planning: Manage capacity planning by collaborating with Sales leadership on zonal planning, design, and optimization.
