Senior Project Leader Position

As a seasoned Senior Project Leader, you will oversee strategic initiatives across business and technology domains. With 8–10 years of experience in project management, you will possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project objectives, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Track resource allocation and project performance metrics.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and system integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience in business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or other enterprise software platforms.
  • Familiarity with data migration projects, system integrations, or IT service management.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
