Oracle Flexcube Techno-functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to support customization and production support for Oracle Flexcube core banking.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support Oracle Flexcube modules including retail, corporate, treasury, trade finance, and payments.
  • Perform requirement gathering , gap analysis and functional design for new business needs.
  • Strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration. Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage end-of-day/business-end operations, parameter setup and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding on Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (core, CASA, loans, trade finance, payments, treasury).
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
