Strategic Training Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development expert to partner with our leadership team in designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful training programs across the organization.
Role Overview:This position will play a key role in collaborating with functional managers, branch heads, and the corporate leadership team to support employee development and enhance organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify organizational training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and collaborating with business leaders and Branch Heads.
- Design and develop effective training programs and modules in coordination with functional heads.
- Schedule and conduct training sessions tailored to business requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, discussions, and performance reviews.
- Continuously update and revise programs to reflect industry trends and business changes.
- Conduct market research to identify reputed training institutes/colleges (India & abroad) and recommend strategic partnerships.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of current trends, tools, and best practices in Learning & Development.
- Familiarity with leading training institutes in India and abroad.
- Over 10 years of proven success in the Learning & Development domain.
- Experience in the logistics industry is not mandatory but would be an added advantage.
