IT Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT operations manager to oversee the smooth operation of our IT systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring data security.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
  • System & Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • User Assistance: Offer timely support to employees with system access, applications, and connectivity for seamless operations.
  • Data Security & Maintenance: Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols.
  • Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and user support skills.
  • Knowledge of data backup, patch management, IT Security protocols.
  • Familiarity with VMware and Cyber Security is an advantage.
