Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled senior infrastructure professional to lead our team in delivering technical solutions.

  • This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coach and mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud-based infrastructure, managed file transfer tools, and automation frameworks. They will be responsible for driving technical discussions, identifying areas of improvement, and developing solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Able to provide consultancy services to customers on various product stacks.
  • Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
  • Identify toil and develop automated solutions to reduce effort.
  • Good at troubleshooting level 3 issues for all listed technologies.
  • Experienced with AWS Cloud
  • Hands-on with DevOps and pipeline using Github actions.
  • Experienced with Python language
  • Sound knowledge of different file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct.
  • Aware about end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls.
  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software's to latest/required level.
  • Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation.
  • Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
  • Be able to provide on-call support for priority issues.
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
  • Able to perform Disaster Recovery
  • Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Design and implement automated solutions to increase efficiency and reduce toil.
  5. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
