We are seeking a seasoned LSF Architect to spearhead the design, optimization, and automation of CAD/EDA infrastructure for global design teams. This pivotal role involves re-architecting worldwide LSF setups, implementing advanced features such as fair share and preemption, and building automation dashboards for resource utilization and system monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Define, architect, and implement advanced LSF features including license fair share, preemption, and global EDA tool license sharing.
- Lead the transformation of CAD-Infrastructure LSF setup to optimize resource usage across worldwide teams.
- Architect and implement development, testing, and production environments for LSF enhancement.
- Automate key infrastructure processes such as resource utilization reporting, demand-supply analysis, and system health monitoring.
- Develop dashboards and proactive monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with global teams to deploy, maintain, and enhance LSF and RTM solutions.
8+ years of experience with LSF and RTM deployment, architecture, and maintenance in distributed environments.
Strong expertise in Linux systems, FLEXLM, and EDA license management.
Hands-on automation scripting skills (Perl, Python, Shell scripting).
Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Linux, LAN/WAN).
Experience with version control tools (Perforce, Methodic) is a plus.
Understanding of EDA tools, license features, and use cases is highly desirable.
