Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to enhance Artifactory integration into the software development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and support Artifactory and other enterprise-grade IT services for high availability across geographically distributed environments.
  • Act as a liaison with third-party vendors to escalate and resolve advanced technical issues.
  • Provide timely issue resolution and proactive vulnerability management for users of IT services.
  • Manage user and team provisioning, access controls, and permissions across supported services with emphasis on security, reliability, and operational continuity.
  • Partner with cross-functional IT teams to deliver complex maintenance, upgrades, and support initiatives across multiple services.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual intervention.
  • Drive modernization efforts for deployment, monitoring, and testing processes of infrastructure services.
  • Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, administrative procedures, and user-facing support materials.
  • Respond to service escalations and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining JFrog Artifactory.
  • Skilled in integrating Artifactory with build tools and pipelines, including Maven, Jenkins, Electric Flow, and Docker.
  • Strong Linux system administration skills, including proficiency with Bash scripting.
  • Highly responsible, adaptable, and collaborative team player with strong initiative and clear communication skills.
  • Experience using an ITSM platform and proven troubleshooting skills.
