Cloud Engineering Team Member

About the Role:

The Cloud Engineering team is seeking an experienced engineer to join our team. As a cloud engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based systems using Azure DevOps and AKS.
  • Manage and maintain AKS clusters ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement Terraform infrastructure as code to manage and provision infrastructure resources in Azure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications in AKS.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud engineering.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support for infrastructure-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, Azure DevOps, AKS, and Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts including scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Experience with Azure CLI, PowerShell, or other automation tools and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
  • Certifications in cloud engineering, Azure DevOps, AKS, and Terraform are a plus.
