Warehouse Operations Supervisor

The Shift Incharge is a pivotal member of the frontline team, responsible for overseeing and managing all activities within the warehouse during their shift.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse during assigned shifts. Ensure smooth transition between shifts, including proper handover of tasks and information.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, including forklift operators, pickers, packers, and loaders. Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all operations. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Coordinate with the Inventory Control team to manage stock levels.
