Job Description

As a seasoned technology delivery lead, you will oversee the successful execution of large-scale projects that require technical expertise. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage project scope and risk. You will drive profitability by focusing on service quality and cost while also contributing to sales growth through innovative solutions and exceptional delivery.

  • Create proof of concepts for S4 HANA Finance functionalities and own end-to-end project delivery.
  • Develop deep business process functional expertise and create E2E business process flow documentation based on discussions with business stakeholders and requirement analysis.
  • Lead a team to deliver SAP S4 HANA Finance projects efficiently and effectively in an onshore/offshore model.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team communication and collaboration.
Key Requirements

Please note the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of experience in S/4HANA Accounting with a strong background in financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end finance business processes, including preparation of scope documents, business process analysis, requirement analysis, gap identification, business blueprints, process mapping, configuration, functional specifications documents, test case documents, training presentations, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Able to identify and implement process optimizations and automation opportunities.
  • SAP S/4 HANA certification is highly desirable.
