Role Description:

Student Guidance Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead student guidance for Russell Group universities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK student counselling, in-depth knowledge of university programs and application requirements, and the ability to provide effective guidance on admissions, placements, and scholarships.

  • Handle offer holders and drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities.
  • Guide students with accurate and updated information on UK higher education opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, provide regular training, and ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  • Prepare and present reports on conversion progress to management.
  • Support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalised guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in UK student counselling.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
