Global University Application Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the end-to-end application journey for students applying to top universities globally.

This role involves handling the full lifecycle of university applications, evaluating student profiles, guiding on documentation and deadlines, drafting required documents, uploading verified documents, liaising with international universities, and coordinating with internal teams for a smooth process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire application cycle from initiation to completion.
  • Evaluating student qualifications and providing guidance on necessary documents and timelines.
  • Drafting and uploading required documents in collaboration with students.
  • Liaising with international universities to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate a smooth application process.
