Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of CRM Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives to enhance customer relationship management, ensuring seamless interactions across various touchpoints.

The selected candidate will establish and implement effective customer engagement strategies, analyze customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement. They will also develop and maintain comprehensive contact records, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and optimize business processes to drive growth and revenue.

In addition, the CRM Manager will ensure that all activities are aligned with our organization's standards and best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
