Manager - Private Credit Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Manager - Private Credit Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established Private Credit Operations team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for private, illiquid, and distressed credit instruments
- Oversee trade bookings, reconciliations, settlement processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Liaise with Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Investor Relations to resolve trade discrepancies
- Lead operational improvement projects, including process redesign and automation
- Coordinate reporting across teams including performance reporting, transaction history, and audit support
- 4 to 8 years of experience in fund operations, middle/back office, or project management in financial services
- Strong understanding of trade operations, trade capture, P&L, security master, and settlements
- Experience coordinating with Front Office and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
- Prior exposure to credit, private funds, or alternative investments preferred
