Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and at least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing organization. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they should have a strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes and English proficiency.

As a Production Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Distributing work schedules to operators with proposed completion times and dates.
  • Coordinating meetings with department operators to discuss progress and implement changes to processing methods.
  • Utilizing computer systems to update daily work records.
  • Providing training to new employees on safe working practices and machine operation.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
  • Training new operators to meet productivity targets.
  • Conducting defect analysis to minimize defects in produced batches.
