Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Business Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring seamless processes and efficient task execution. This role requires a strong understanding of KYC regulations and industry standards, as well as experience in managing operational departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • To have complete knowledge of KYC regulations and industry reforms.
  • To have at least 5 years of experience in operation department with sound knowledge of PL and Business loan.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow process and supervise the execution of tasks.
  • To ensure company policies and procedures are followed correctly to avoid risks and maintain the credibility of the organization.
  • Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals within the team.
  • Develop contingency plans to protect business operations in case of system issues.

Requirements

This role requires:

  • A deep understanding of KYC regulations and industry standards.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an operational department, preferably with knowledge of PL and Business loan.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
