We partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects, ensuring alignment of business goals and operational excellence. As a key member, you'll work closely with leadership to drive growth initiatives, leverage data insights, and develop tactical plans to execute them.

About the Role:

  • Analyse complex challenges using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Makes compelling recommendations and translates them into results.
  • Assist leadership with planning and roadmap for growth priorities.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize function owners' efforts on strategic alignment and day-to-day operational matters.
  • Evaluate and track key performance indicators, setting a culture of being data-driven across the organization.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting firms or investment banks, or similar BizOps experience in the technology domain.
  • Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid business sense.
  • Proficient in analytics and able to develop actionable insights using data.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Background and experience in technology highly preferred.
