Expert Natural Developer Wanted

Key responsibilities for this challenging role include overseeing the creation and implementation of cutting-edge solutions utilizing the Natural programming language within the Adabas environment.

As a seasoned professional in application development, you will be responsible for leading design efforts, developing innovative applications, and providing top-notch customer support throughout all stages of the system development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement automated systems using advanced technologies such as COBOL, Natural, and JCL.
  • Responsible for designing, testing, and deploying complex software applications that meet strict quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Adabas/Natural on mainframe and/or Windows platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with legacy tools such as MVS, CICS, and JCL.

We are seeking an accomplished developer with:

  • In-depth knowledge of ADABAS database theory, techniques, and structures.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience integrating and migrating Natural Adabas applications with other systems or databases within the mainframe environment.
  • Ability to design and implement data cleaning and transformation processes.
