Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Employee Relations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and HR policy knowledge. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring awareness of applicable labour laws and recent amendments, including filing returns under various Labour Laws.
  • Investigating employee complaints, processing violations, and initiating appropriate actions against erring employees.
  • Preparing inquiry reports, show-cause notices, and warning letters in accordance with established procedures.
  • Conducting Labour Law audits, responding to notices, applying for licenses, visiting branches, and ensuring compliance with Labour Laws.
  • Preparing payroll inputs and maintaining harmonious relations with government authorities.
Qualifications and Skills

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. MBA/PGDM in HR or MILS is preferred. Additionally, the following skills are essential:
